Delivery

Standard Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of order and payment.

Tools are sent by First Class Post.

Small Animals are sent by Recorded Signed for (unless Special Delivery is requested).

Medium Animals are sent by Special Delivery Next Day.

Large/XLarge/Families and some orders or multiple animals are sent by ParcelForce24.

A signature is required on Recorded Signed for, Special Delivery and ParcelForce24 deliveries.

When your order has been dispatched we will email to confirm the tracking number. If your package does not arrive on time please let us know so we may investigate with the carrier.


Specific Delivery Date
These orders may be booked in advance and can be shipped either on a Special Delivery Before 1PM™, or on a Special Delivery Before 09:00™ service. A Saturday Special Delivery Service is also available at the checkout. The delivery confirmation email will be sent when the package has been dispatched.


Delivery Area
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day™ guarantees delivery* to most UK addresses by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Some places take longer to deliver to, but Royal Mail still guarantees delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm. Please check on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery costs are per item and will be confirmed as follows once your cart is full.

Notes
*Royal Mail Delivery Guarantee terms: We guarantee we'll deliver your Special Delivery Next Day item to the given address before 1.00pm the next working day and we'll refund your money if we don't deliver it in time.

This guarantee does not apply if:
  • we were unable to deliver the item because we could not find someone to sign for your item and have to leave a "sorry, you were out" card at the address,

  • the delivery address is in part of the small area of the UK we do not guarantee next day delivery.


    • Our working days are Monday to Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays or public holidays.
